Description
: Designed for an industrial environment, this heavy duty dispenser is simple enough in design and operation, but robust enough to survive.  A roll of Scotch # 665 double sided tape (1/2" wide x 1,296" long on a 3" core) is loaded from the bottom and dispensed from the top using an easy access finger well.  With approximately 8-1/2" of tape exposed, it's an easy matter to apply it where and upon whatever item you wish.  A copy of the OEM user instruction sheet is included.  The hinged lid protects the exposed tape when not being used.  An instruction graphic showing how to load the tape remains attached inside.
Interesting fact
: The first counter-top tape dispenser, designed by 3M sales manager John A. Borden in 1932, was made of cast iron and weighed nearly seven pounds.
Condition
: There are a few very minor scratches and the pair of cork strips on the bottom are well worn but remain functional.  Mechanically, this work horse is perfect and will most likely outlive us all.
