Siemens Bros was one of the premier British telegraph makers, especially for the British Royal Navy during WW II. Hammerhead telegraphs themselves are essentially the heavy-duty telegraphs of the shipping world, used on large warships of the Royal Navy and passenger ships.
Ship's Telegraphs, along with wheels and compasses, are highly symbolic as the instruments, which once controlled a ship. They are great conversation starters or statement pieces to fascinate and delight.
